We energized a bustling Cake 24 with a 15kW on-grid solar rooftop power plant, a shining example of green innovation. Spanning 1,500 square feet, this system features 28 high-efficiency Renewsys Mono PERC solar panels, generating 18,000–20,000 units of electricity annually. Integrated with the grid, it powers ovens, mixers, lighting, and cooling systems, ensuring the bakery’s 24/7 operations run smoothly.
The system cuts carbon emissions by 15–16 tons annually, equivalent to planting 250 trees, aligning with India’s clean energy goals. This solar setup reduces reliance on fossil fuels, making the bakery a sustainability leader in Lanja.
