In 2021, we brought a ray of innovation to Lanja's Mrs Suchita Sudhir Surve's Radhakrishna Nivas appartment with a state-of-the-art 6kW on-grid solar rooftop power plant. This vibrant setup, installed on a residential rooftop, features around 15 high-efficiency polycrystalline Renewsys solar panels with Polycab solar grid tie inverter, capturing sunlight to produce clean, renewable energy. Occupying approximately 600 square feet, the system integrates seamlessly with the national grid, delivering a robust 8,000–8,600 units of electricity annually. It powers four families everything from two 1 HP motors, one ton air conditioner to fans, LEDs, and household appliances, making it a perfect fit for a medium-sized home.
This is the first project of Scorpion Solar's journey in July 2021.
Currently, the consumer electricity bill is completely zero.

By slashing reliance on fossil fuels, it significantly lowers the household’s carbon footprint, aligning with India’s push for sustainable energy.
